Description

Easy to make Belgian mayonnaise.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 400 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon Dyon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper

Instructions

  1. Put egg yolks, mustard and vinegar in a large bowl
  2. Whisk till combined
  3. Slowly add sunflower oil while whisking
  4. Bring to taste with salt and pepper
